Conclusion
In closing, As the healthcare manager of this facility, I would present this information to my employees in a power point presentation, hands on experience and carry out the details in games. I would make sure that my staff are comfortable with the information I am presenting and feel free to iterate their ideas. I am going to make sure that the staff has their input and feels included as I feel that this will help them be more open to change. I plan to have trainings every month to make sure that my staff is up to speed with the new implemented changes.
