What strategies do you find the best to relieve your own stress?

 

I need an answers for those questions:

1- Have you noticed a significant increase in your awareness of stress and anxiety in yourself or others since you have been attending college, or is it the same as high school or when you were working? ( for this answer, I am a student right now. I didn’t work before)

2- Is stress causing you to have irregular or disturbed sleep that is affecting your life? (for this answer, YES)

3- What strategies do you find the best to relieve your own stress?

4- Have you ever thought about the mind-body relationship and the possibility that the mind can cause illness or distress in the body – or is this a new idea to you? As part of your post, please find and post an on-line resource that will help us all understand more about the effect of the mind on our health. ( send me the link with this answer, so I can post in Blackboard)
